Abstract


With the economic globalization and the increasingly fierce international competition , the quality of the competition of the enterprise increasingly showing a crucial role , its meaning is constantly expanding and evolution from micro level of product quality , engineering quality , service quality quality expanded to the quality of economic performance , environmental quality , quality of life , and other products, processes and quality of service , the concept of \AQSIQ study the establishment of a quality system of incentives based on the National Standards Commission jointly issued the \evaluation and self - evaluation provides the basis . The purpose of this paper is to allow more corporate attention and research model of performance excellence , excellence in operational performance . This paper introduces the domestic and international implementation of performance excellence model , the implementation of the Quality Award on performance excellence model to establish the significance and value . Then , the concept of performance excellence model , the core values ??and the main content of the evaluation criteria of performance excellence model introduced by Warren High Performance Chemical Company mode , cited specific implementation measures of performance excellence model enterprise quality improvement , and evaluation of its implementation .
