Abstract


Safety is the production of rail transport eternal theme. For a long time , in order to ensure the safety of the railway put a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. However, due to staff quality is not high, backward management , accidents still occur especially in large traffic accident occurred in recent years , resulting in a large number of casualties and property losses , seriously affect social harmony and stability , undermine the reputation of the railway and damage the image of the country and the government . Sending and receiving train railway traffic work is an important part of the work . Sending and receiving train safety is directly related to the safety of passengers and cargo . Under normal circumstances , the access station for train mainly on railway safety and signaling equipment to ensure the communication of the .
