Abstract


As an open-up window of international trade, Shipping center is the core place and radiation center of the economic congregating and development,so the correlate research of the shipping center soft power adapt to the requirements of the construction and development in our country.Facing the fierce competition situation in international shipping center and not only competition but also cooperation situation between domestic shipping center,China’s shipping center needs to upgrade personal comprehensive strength.The construction of the international shipping center in China like a raging fire, but academic seldom study of the international shipping center soft power, especially seldom study and explore the defining question of the international shipping center soft power in the new situation. In such a inconsistency context, the authors hope that through this in-depth research to make the construction goal in the next stage of the international shipping center soft power clear, and to lead the academic’s high attention that the importance of the study of international shipping center soft power.This paper summarizes the basic concept and development process of the international shipping center first, put forward the development tendency of international market and international shipping center under new situation. Starting from the formation process of an international shipping center, by analysising the influence factor of the international shipping center soft power, construct a set of evaluation index system of the international shipping center soft power. The index system is divided into eight one indicator,45 two indicator, by this to synthesis take the international shipping center soft power into account, and as the evaluation criterion of the international shipping center soft power.In order to clarify the development situation of the international shipping center soft power, this paper use the analytic Hierarchy Process and the application of evidential reasoning approach to analysis the international shipping center soft power of three city Dalian, Tianjin and Qingdao, and do evaluation. Through the analysis, it shows that there is lack of building soft power, and it also point out the direction of the next step to improve the strength of international shipping center soft power. Finally, this paper made some suggestions to raise the soft power of an international shipping center.
