Abstract


With the rapid advance of urban-rural integration process , the problem of landless peasants have an impact on economic development, social stability and harmonious society is a prominent issue , how to make them re-employment has become a significant and real problem. In this paper questionnaires and interviews to human capital and social network theory as a guide, describe the status of the re-employment of landless peasants , landless peasants investigated occupational income and occupational prestige , occupational status of landless peasants discussed ways to get their role , the last of human capital and social networks landless peasants factors influence occupational status attainment . The full text of six parts . The first part of the introduction, including the study of the origin , purpose and significance , literature review , and related theories ; second part of the study design , elaborated related concepts , research ideas and research methods ; third part describes the re-employment of landless peasants status and paths. Focuses on the landless peasants occupation, income changes and their occupational prestige , and to discuss the occupational status of landless peasants and their effects obtained in three ways ; fourth part analyzes the human capital on re-employment of landless peasants , the focus explores gender, age , level of education and vocational training, four factors and the landless peasants employment income and occupational prestige relationship ; fifth part analyzes the social networks on re-employment of landless peasants , landless peasants focused owned and the mobilization of social networks and their employment income and occupational prestige relationship ; sixth part , conclusions and discussion . Full summary on the basis of simple , to extract the main ideas and conclusions of the article , and the paper problems and need for further deepening of view are described.
