Abstract


With the research and development of the advance of the wave of globalization , more and more multinational companies to conduct R \u0026 D investment . In this process, Jiangsu settled in one of the importance of multinational R \u0026 D institutions because of its good economic development . Start from multinational companies in R \u0026 D investment background and understanding of multinational corporations in China R \u0026 D investment motives and the geographical distribution of the cases , 185 multinational R \u0026 D institutions recognized by the Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province , is a more comprehensive analysis of object studied . characteristics of its R \u0026 D investment in Jiangsu Province , Jiangsu favorable factors to attract foreign R \u0026 D as well as the limiting factor restricting its development .
