Abstract


With the accelerated process of professionalization , deep Wando two pilot social work attracted a large number of social work and other related professional graduates engaged in social work career, for local residents to provide large numbers of professional services. At the same time as practice to the deepening of social workers facing some difficulties and challenges , such as professional identity, ethical dilemmas , burnout and other issues. Concerned about the social workers in the post SWB , study its influencing factors and intervention measures conducive to a healthy and active social worker along direction. Based on the deep Wando sample survey conducted in the post workers to understand their subjective well-being , self-construction methods and access to social support , and explore the basic situation of individual social workers , self-construction , social support and the relationship between subjective well-being , as well as various factors on influence and projections . The data will be collected descriptive analysis , mean comparison , correlation analysis , regression analysis . The results showed that : Wando deep social workers in the overall level of subjective well-being on the middle , but also from the structure to further enhance subjective well-being ; social demographic situation on SWB have a certain impact , including education, household 's influence is relatively large ; social worker self-construction methods are self- dependent self and independent coexistence affects both workers SWB , self- dependent characteristics which influence than independent self characteristics ; deep Wando unsatisfactory workers access to social support and become social workers SWB major constraints . Based on the above understanding, make the corresponding predictions : training of highly educated, more professional social work professionals to become social work development trend ; increase Wando deep social worker social support, social workers will promote subjective well-being , enhance professional work satisfaction ; domestic social development may have to face the problem of social work and burnout ; the long run, deep Wando two regions may later become the country's social workers training base . In order to improve both social SWB , need to train highly educated, more professional social work professionals ; increase efforts to support social workers , in particular, is an objective support ; Social workers should be correctly positioned professional roles , out of professional confusion, prevent burnout penetration.
