Abstract


In the new electric power system, the economic operation of the power network is an important issue in the power system. The economic operation evaluation of the distribution system can find the reason influencing the economic operation, reflect the operation situation and provide the valuable suggestions for the distribution network economical operation.This article researches the economic operation of the distribution system, founds the evaluation model and analysis the example used evaluative method.Firstly, the influence factors of power network economic operation are found out, through the actual situation of power network economic operation and the existing problems of operation. It discusses the energy efficiency of distribution transformers for the distribution network, and definite energy efficiency of distribution transformer, for improving the perfection of index system. The hierarchical index system of power network economic operation is established based on the principle of setting, and analysis the process.Secondly, the kinds of evaluation model are established for evaluation of distribution network: (1) The membership and closeness evaluation model. The regulator is proposed to combine them, and calculation the underlying index score and closeness. Then it consider the fuzzy factor of the single factor and the amount. (2) Adjustable weight evaluation model. It definite the rate of index deviation and fuzzy degree of difference which judge the accuracy of the weight. It avoid the problem which AHP lead the small error to calculate the index weight. (3) The BP neural network evaluation model. It used to BP Neural Network and Principal Component Analysis simulate the evaluation model. Then it has experts’experience and objective facts.Finally, with the established index system, the 10 kV distribution power network as an example. This example is evaluated using three kinds of evaluation model which is verified effective and feasible.
