Abstract


With computer technology -based enterprise information management system in Chinese enterprises rapidly growing popularity , the rapid growth management systems market capacity , availability become increasingly important software standards. Domestic researchers and academics for enterprise information management system user interface and enterprise employees use the interface effectiveness and satisfaction with the relationship between the study does not in-depth and extensive. So we need to use scientific measurement methods to evaluate the user interface usability. Through literature research and testing technology based on user behavior database website satisfaction evaluation system of research, this study presents the work context in enterprise information management system user interface on a conceptual model of influence employee behavior . The study also from a user perspective, in order to focus on the user interface , a literature study . A questionnaire survey forms , investigating the use of management information systems staff satisfaction. We used exploratory factor analysis to determine the impact on the user interface of the six factors of perceived quality ( system favorability , efficiency, use of results , can learn , interactivity , ease of use ) . Then, in the structural equation modeling analysis techniques based on our use of confirmatory factor analysis to verify the enterprise information management system user interface impact on employee behavior conceptual model of the structure , but also validate the structure of the conceptual model assumptions between variables relationship .
