Abstract

In order to practice the scientific concept of development, establish and improve the ecological environment protection mechanisms, Shandong Province has ecological compensation as an important way of building an ecological province and safeguards. As one of the important part in the ecological compensation applications in Shandong Province, Shandong Province in key industries particularly significant ecological compensation mechanism. The research and application of ecological compensation is extended to the field of polluting industries, need to calculate the loss of value of the ecological damage to the environment caused by the polluting industries. This study the use of the payment cassette conditions contingent valuation method (Contingent valuation method, CVM) on the granite material industry focus on the development of ecological compensation area - Rizhao City the Wulian street town standards, the use of open contingent valuation method of Rizhao City, the Asia-Pacific Sen Bo pulp mill air pollution ecological compensation standard assessment. The contingent valuation method is the most important in recent years, foreign ecological and environmental economics and the most widely used method of valuation of public goods (especially in the field of resources and the environment), its biggest advantage is that it is the only currency to quantify the environmental non- value in use, while at the same time be used to quantify the value in use method.
