Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , migrant workers and the increasing number of personnel . Knowledge of poverty , lack of information , resulting in reduced to a \Public Library bears the responsibility for implementation of the equitable distribution of knowledge for the general public of the social , the information consulting changing migrant workers as an effective way of \Based on this , the library information consulting services for migrant workers run mechanism subject proposed , would like to draw the attention of the relevant departments to provide information consultation services for migrant workers . The use of questionnaires, comparative reference, literature reading , individual interviews , in-depth study of library information consulting services for migrant workers operating mechanism . First, a field survey of the migrant workers of Shanghai , Nanjing and other places , to understand their information needs and use of the library advisory services obtained characteristics of their information needs , and provide a practical foundation of information consulting services for the library .
