Abstract


Biomass biodegradable disposable tableware is the world's best food packaging products, alternative , its use can effectively control or eliminate today's world increasingly serious \Mold is a biodegradable disposable tableware biomass production lines forming process required functional unit , the whole production line is one of the most critical equipment , its performance , design and function directly determines the quality of the product , the passing rate and a series of key indicators , related to the stability of the entire production line , reliability. Currently , biomass biodegradable disposable tableware mold exists exhaust a long time, mold positioning inaccuracies and other major sticking serious mold problem . This in-depth study , the design of a new technology based on automatic ejection mold device . This device is designed primarily include automatic ejection design, full set of radial steam line design , the implicit steam line design and automatic positioning wedge design content. The use of new mold device to make the product pass rate increased from 40% to the current 98% , production capacity increased more than three times the original , with good economic and promotional value. In this paper, the biomass of biodegradable material forming principles and characteristics of the finite element analysis method, the new mold of the actual working conditions for simulation analysis . Using three-dimensional modeling software to establish mold analysis model and analysis model into finite element analysis software for analysis. First, the analysis of a new type of mold in the actual work process mechanical properties, including stress and strain conditions . Second , analysis of the molding die in the course of the distribution of the thermal field . Again, in the field of static analysis and thermal analysis , based on the new mold for thermal - mechanical coupling analysis . Finally , based on the analysis of the coupling to the forming die face temperature difference as the objective , by changing the effective heating area of ??the heating plate and the heating plate structure methods, the use of the iterative method to optimize the new mold . This research will provide new mold design and provide a theoretical basis for further optimization to better meet the raw material requirements of biodegradable materials, molding , improve product quality , and promote large-scale industrial production.
