Abstract


With the triple play of the relevant policies and the advancement in the pilot areas , broadcasting, telecommunications, Internet companies will participate in the triple play of competition in the past. For these companies , the triple play is both a great opportunity and a challenge . Radio and television companies want to seize the opportunity to triple play , to maintain a competitive advantage, it is necessary to conduct business expansion. Hunan Radio and Television in the triple play pilot Tan Area , Hunan Radio and Television for triple play both opportunities and challenges . In this paper, under the triple play macro environment analysis , combined with the status of Hunan Radio and Television as well as its face competition , the use of Hunan Radio and Television SWOT strengths, weaknesses , opportunities and threats to conduct a comprehensive comparison and analysis , and then on this basis in Hunan broadcasting business expansion under the triple play has been designed . Hunan Radio and Television Business Development include: the Internet and telecommunications to expand , maintain their traditional strengths and develop other businesses. Expand operations to the Internet include: establish and expand the influence of the portal and collaboration with the Internet to build video sites and social networking sites, online games launched to expand their business mainly include the establishment of telecommunications IPTV, CMMB and NGB , of course, Hunan Radio and Television must maintain competitiveness in traditional areas can develop TV shopping and other activities , and then elaborated to expand business in Hunan Radio and safeguards , the last of Hunan Radio and Television business Development under the triple play was reviewed , facing three network integration huge opportunities and challenges have a clear understanding , to recognize the limitations of research , innovation and business development in Hunan Radio and Television , lack of profits support, which pointed out the future direction of research : To keep pace with technology development , conduct research on business innovation , to adapt to market changes , to better meet the needs of consumers .
