Abstract

In the field of optoelectronic display, organic and organic / inorganic composite optical materials and devices research and application has made significant progress and development. Organic electroluminescent device with DC voltage drive, self-luminous, small size, limited viewing angle, fast response, as well as full-color, simple fabrication process, etc., as the new display technology has attracted attention. Spirobifluorene derivatives in organic electroluminescent field has important application value. As Spirobifluorene non-planar structure, may, 2,2 ', 7,7' - position modified, design and synthesis of the luminescent material with unique features. For Spirobifluorene luminescent material modification, especially for improving the stability of the material form has a very significant role; while for emission performance improvement, the present results, it can not fully meet expectations. By introducing a light and thermal stability, functional properties such as functional groups, the material can be adjusted electron and hole transport properties, to improve the photophysical properties of the material and the device performance. Dendrimers are a special class of organic light-emitting materials, which by virtue of its unique structure and changing adjustable, light-emitting materials showing strong advantage. This study is based Spirobifluorene combined Dendrimer advantage, while at the periphery for introduction of a carbazole group and a cyano electron electron-withdrawing group, synthesized two Spirobifluorene derivatives A1 and A2. By 1HNMR, MALDI-TOF-MS confirmed the structure and other means. By means of DSC and TGA studies of its thermal stability and morphological stability and UV - visible absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and other means to study their optical properties. Compound A1 and A2 in the general organic solvents have good solubility, may be such as by spin coating or ink-jet method to prepare the device. TGA data show that the decomposition temperature of A1 and A2 of 535 ℃ and 575 ℃, indicating that the compound has high thermal stability. Studied by cyclic voltammetry of A1 and A2 redox properties and the absorption edge technology combined with absorption spectra calculated compound A1 and A2 frontier molecular HOMO and LUMO energy levels high and molecular band gap, these data show: Compound A1 and A2 is a charge transfer function Blu-ray material, is expected for the production of blue light emitting device.
