Abstract


In the 1970s , the \With the rise of the Internet to flourish , however , due to its open , interactive , real-time characteristics , so that the public can be set in the online issue , to form a network of public opinion and even public opinion through the wide dissemination of the media , network in guiding public opinion the increasingly prominent role , is becoming an important means of expression of the people to speak .
