Abstract


Citizen journalism, public journalism movement in the United States by the 1990s evolved early, also known as the \The emergence of citizen journalism to break the pattern of news dissemination activities monopolized by the traditional news media organizations and professionals, it is ordinary people (mostly refers to the non-professional news disseminators) initiative with the mass media and personal communications facilities, such as digital cameras, digital cameras , computer networks, mobile phones and other acquisition, write, organize and spread in the community-oriented happened recently, special, important information.
