This study is to explore the different of housefly larva products yellow-feathered broiler growth performance, intestinal flora, the use of feed nutrients, immune, antioxidant function, different the housefly larvae of products to observe the application of Yellow Chicken provide a theoretical basis and practical significance for the development of new green feed additives and feed. Choice of 252 one-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into seven groups, each group of three repeats, each repeated 12 different housefly larvae products of yellow-feathered broiler growth performance, nutrient metabolism rate, blood Biochemical indicators of microbial flora, immune function and antioxidant capacity. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the remaining six groups were added to 0.2%, the housefly larvae peptide of 0.5%, 0.2%, 0.5% housefly larvae of Hydrolysates, 0.2%, 0.5% non-fat housefly larvae powder. Trial period of 28 days, a total of five trials. The study results show that: 1. Yellow feather broilers add different the housefly larvae of products to improve the growth performance of Yellow Chicken, the housefly larvae peptide products significantly improve 0-2,0-3 and 0-4 weeks stage daily gain (p lt; 0.05) and significantly reduce the feed weight gain (p lt; 0.05), crude fat, calcium, phosphorus, and apparent digestibility of crude ash 0.5% the housefly larvae peptide group was significantly higher than the the control group (p lt; 0.05), the other groups compared with the control group each nutrient digestibility differences are not significant (p gt; 0.05); 2 three housefly larvae products are able to improve TP and albumin concentration, lower serum alanine aminotransferase concentration (p gt; 0.05), significantly lower serum urea nitrogen concentration (p lt; 0.05); compared with the control group, different housefly larvae products can significantly improve intestinal Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus number (p lt; 0.05), significantly reduce E. coli and Salmonella quantity (p lt; 0.05), housefly larvae peptide is better than the other two products, skim housefly larvae powder effect minimum 0.5% the housefly larvae peptide group effect is most significant; 4 different housefly larvae products can increase the the Yellow Chicken immune organ index and serum immunoglobulin IgG, IgA and complement C3, C4 content, including 0.5% of housefly larvae peptides significantly increased the second week IgA and fourth week of IgG, the content of the C3 and C4, Musca domestica larvae of different doses of peptide is able to significantly improve the rate of lymphocyte transformation (p LT; 0.05); 5.0.5% housefly larvae peptide compared to the other groups significantly lower serum MDA significantly increased antioxidant enzyme activity, compared with the control group, and add the housefly larvae of Hydrolysates and skim housefly larvae powder can reduce serum MDA content and increase serum CAT of SOD and GSH-Px concentration and improve T-AOC, and add high doses is better than the effect of low-dose. These results suggest that: housefly larvae peptide dietary supplementation can increase the yellow-feathered broiler growth performance, intestinal microbial flora, immune capacity and anti-oxidative capacity, adding 0.5% housefly larvae peptide best.
