Abstract


Objective: To explore the interventional treatment of transplant renal artery stenosis . Methods: A retrospective analysis of five cases admitted to our hospital in recent years by stent treatment of transplant renal artery stenosis patients , preoperative and postoperative patients with blood pressure , serum creatinine , and imaging performance comparison analysis . Results: 5 patients surgical intervention smoothly, such as blood pressure , serum creatinine decreased significantly compared with the preoperative imaging demonstrated improved significantly narrow segment of the preoperative and postoperative arterial transplant renal artery flow velocity decline . Three patients had no postoperative complications , two cases of early postoperative diabetes insipidus occurred for unknown reasons , was discharged after active treatment . Conclusion: For the transplant renal artery stenosis , interventional stenting is the preferred method , but how to prevent postoperative diabetes insipidus remains to be further clinical studies .
