Objective: To study the basic characteristics of multiple intracranial aneurysms (MIA) to explore its bleeding risk , risk factors , treatment strategies and prognostic factors , to sum ??up experience and improve the therapeutic effect . Methods: A retrospective from November 2008 to February 2010 , the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University neurosurgery admitted 75 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms , male 15 cases , female 60 cases , aged 32-81 years old , average age 56.8 years old , Hunt Hess grading an average of 2.28 . Analysis of its basic characteristics (including cases of age, gender, aneurysm site ) . Exclude refused to rapid deterioration of patients with a total of 13 cases of death after treatment of 12 cases of illness , and 62 patients with 149 aneurysms , according to the patient's condition and the families of the views , take a simple surgical clipping , embolization alone and in combination therapy , and treatment analysis and prognosis . Results: 62 patients with 149 aneurysms , simple craniotomy treatment of 31 cases of occlusion of 39 , wrapped in two simple embolization 28 patients with 38 aneurysms , both combination therapy three cases , four surgical clipping , embolization 3 ; 18 cases of which deal with all lesions . Postoperative are GOS to assess the prognosis of patients with poor prognosis (1-3 ) 10 cases, accounting for 16.1% , and the GOS score an average of 4.52 . Followed up for 1-14 months, no recurrent aneurysm and unruptured aneurysm bleeding . Conclusion : multiple intracranial aneurysm rupture occurs , responsibility aneurysm treated with early primary principles on non- responsibility aneurysm , larger aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery aneurysm and posterior circulation aneurysms have a higher The risk of bleeding , and can be combined with the specific situation to be dealt with . MIA prognosis is far worse than the SIA leading cause of delayed ischemic neurological dysfunction ; sustained too much improper surgical procedure is an important cause of cerebral vasospasm , which is also the main prognostic factors impact MIA .
