In today’s industrial field, especially in petroleum, petrochemical, automobile manufacture, steel smelting and food and drug processing in our country or abroad , system based on the distributed control has been widely used . Since the development of network based on Ethernet and the appearance of remote control technology, so it is possible for control system to convert to networked control directly. This is that not only makes the enterprise general production efficiency improve, and saves the cost of production. It contains much advanced information technology in the remote control technology, the key technology mainly includes OPC technology, based on Web browser technology of dynamic query technology, and real-time database technology, etc. The background of this paper is based on two flexible production line , for this paper ,I designed and realized remote control system based on Web In order to improve its two production efficiency, scientific scheduling and cost saving .In this paper, the overall design mainly applies JSP and Servlet technologies to compile web server program. Firstly, In the data acquisition system, it apply the OPC technology Java code, and acquire the data of the bottom equipment in the working line to collect data to Web server. Secondly, in the Web browser and the server design is the main task of this article. In the implementation, it used the UML system modeling software, and then make program flow design, module decomposition and programming realization. In module design, focused on permissions login module, statements management module, and data management module design. This paper use the Java code in the MyEclipse development environment, then develop code issued in Tomcat Web server. Finally, based on two flexible product line with remote debugging field, not only realized the two production lines, the kingview and WinCC dynamic database access, and has achieved the data integration will dynamic database on the Web publishing, thus it achieve the remote control.With the Internet technology deepens, the mature of B/S mode of OPC technology on industry and it gradually applied in enterprise management, personnel for scientific scheduling. It can improve the production efficiency produce positive and can have far-reaching effects. Therefore, this paper will help enterprises to improve overall information and it also will produce its guidance function.
