Abstract


In contemporary equity as social development is closely related to the right to form , commonly found in various civil and commercial relations of individuals and legal persons , the proportion of equity in the composition of all kinds of property in the possession of more and more become a great economic the value of civil rights . Equity contribution is an important means of capital operation , has been allowed to be defined in the laws of most countries . With the development of market economy , the behavior of equity contribution in our practice of the new situation and new problems , we should advance with the times, to improve and supplement the relevant laws and regulations . In order to standardize the equity contribution , March 1, 2009 issued by the State Administration for Industry and equity contributions to the registration management approach \\has played a positive role in promoting . However, due to the special nature of the equity , in practice there is a considerable legislative blank needs to be filled , and the need to further improve the existing legal system . In this paper , the basic theory of the author of the equity contribution , the equity contribution of the legislative system inspection , equity - funded legal risk , and equity contributions to system improvement four aspects were analyzed and discussed and put forward their own humble opinion , equity contribution through research system Construction contribute .
