Abstract


Personnel training is one of the core work of university development, personnel training issues since the inception of the University, is the eternal topic of educational research. Into the 21st century, globalization, and international development, the Earth becomes flat; rise of the knowledge economy has changed the social structure and mode of development. Changes in the profound social background talent perspective, resilience, and develop new and innovative talent to become an important goal of the development of higher education. The rapid development of China's higher education enrollment in 1999 after entering the stage of development of the popularization of higher education, improve the quality of personnel training to become the focus of the development of higher education. Practice has proved that the University intercollegiate cooperation to achieve effective use of educational resources and complement each other, is an important strategic choice for the development of universities Popular Stage. University cooperation for students to interdistrict learning to build a good education platform, diverse campus resources for students to learn and adapt, exercise and vision of the interaction force open an important significance, this innovative training model for personnel training philosophy and culture expansion of the meaning and value of education. This paper analyzed the current international and domestic social background and educational development of the proposed inter-school cooperation platform-based training model is to adapt to the times and the education law of development of innovative training model.
