Abstract


The patented invention is the patent holder manufacture , sale and use of patented inventions outcome of an act . University patent to the University through the implementation of the application process of the transfer of patent rights , patent license contract in the form of enterprise technology innovation or to satisfy other purposes of the corporate industrialization of patented technologies , reflecting the University patented technology and patent rights in the real industrial economy the play is a concentrated expression of the economy , technology , and the right of the university patented technology utility . This article focus at the macro and micro perspective , the theory and practice of combining domestic experience with foreign experience combined research methods and aims of patent quantity , way constraints , incentives for universities to teachers and students engaged in scientific research and technological transformation , University patent to maximize the benefits . Global economic integration and the degree of liberalization of world trade in the era of knowledge economy , continue to strengthen the increasingly fierce market competition , knowledge becomes the foundation of the economy , the future of competition in the world is the intellectual property of the competition . Therefore, all countries in the world have developed a national intellectual property strategy . Faced with this situation , our strategy of building an innovative country . To build an innovative country , improve the competitiveness of the country 's science and technology , we have to constantly knowledge innovation . The patent system is a system of property rights is the most effective way to play a role in promoting the knowledge innovation . This paper focuses on the process of the University of the patent in the patent process , analysis of the current status of university patent , including patent , constraints and other issues , carry out harmonization University patent , including enhanced patent awareness specific measures to improve the assessment and incentives , improve patent management system established diversified embodiment , actively build and research new mechanism , set up a special patent Fund .
