Abstract


Test table this study to take the pressure of employment status , social support rating scale , Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire , a total of 347 students of the City College of Construction Engineering of Jilin Province , Jilin Normal the Bardon College junior and senior measurements , and the the obtained data for statistical analysis , to understand and analyze the pressure on employment status of independent college students . T-test analysis of College Students in the level of pressure on employment , social support and coping style group differences , analysis of variance , and correlation analysis to investigate the employment pressure , the relationship between social support , coping style . By analyzing the following conclusions : (1) high employment pressure level of independent college students to participate in the research , especially in the area of employment competitive environment and the lack of job search help two factors . (2) Independent Colleges Students of different groups there are differences in the level of employment pressure factor . Professional differences in the professional on the contradiction between supply and demand in the employment psychological expectations on the existence of gender differences , differences exist whether the student leaders in the evaluation of professional quality , self-awareness and positioning on the contradiction between supply and demand of self-awareness and positioning , professional is Normal Health differences . ( 3) social support of independent college students there is no gender, profession , whether for Teacher Students differences , there are differences between urban and rural areas in subjective support , whether the student leaders differences exist in the degree of utilization of support . ( 4 ) independent college students coping style there is no gender , whether normal school students , whether the student leaders and the differences between urban and rural sources , in a positive response on the existence of professional differences . (5 ) related to job stress and social support presents a very significant negative social support employment pressure will lower the higher the Independent College Students . Employment presents a very significant negative correlation between stress and coping styles , take active countermeasures that will reduce the pressure on employment levels will increase the pressure on employment levels , the use of negative coping style . Between social support and coping style presents a very significant positive correlation of Independent Colleges students with a high level of social support will increase the use of active coping styles . ( 6) The independent college students receive more social support and active coping styles can be used to reduce the pressure on employment levels .
