With the ever - changing Internet and video encoding technology , video technology in the network has also been a great deal of promotion , such as video online teaching , video surveillance , and many other online video services resulting . The emergence of video network teaching and application of the human form of teaching has undergone a tremendous change . As the the video network teaching a huge amount of data , network transmission environment , there must be a good system architecture and efficient video encoding as a support in order to guarantee the perception of the quality of the video , to achieve good teaching results . Than the previous standard video coding standard H.264 video coding efficiency and network adaptability is more efficient ; Meanwhile, in order to adapt to the different transmission environments , H.264 from design concept a revolutionary innovation , video encoding and transmission formation of two levels : video coding layer the VCL and network abstraction layer NAL ; VCL core layer provides high-quality video encoding , NAL layer VCL layer encoded stream encapsulated into NAL unit sequence . This article is the H.264 video coding technology applications to the video network teaching system to H.264 encoding characteristics with coding framework through research and practical application needs to design and implement a network teaching system based on H.264 video C / S mode, teaching end real-time video capture and encoding , the encoded stream encapsulated into RTP protocol packets transmitted over the network to the students end ; students receives a stream decoding and pass RTCP sends feedback information adaptive adjustment , for teaching end network status , in order to ensure the reliability of video transmission . The system in addition to the application of state-of-the-art video coding standard , the existing video coding key optimization techniques for bold experiments and improvements , including the H.264 RTP packetization algorithm coding NAL stream encapsulation layer ; in the video transmission scheme employed in the improved the AIMD model algorithm to achieve adaptive congestion control purposes, the video transmission and to achieve QoS guarantees for video transmission .
