Speech recognition is a hot topic in the speech signal processing research areas, it is a way for computers to understand human voice command technology. This way of human-computer interaction is the most natural way for users. The past two to three decades, the voice recognition in the industrial, military, transportation, medical, and many other aspects, especially in the computer, information processing, communications and electronic systems, automatic control and other fields have a wide range of applications. Today, speech recognition products already account for an increasingly large proportion of the human-computer interaction applications. At present, the application of speech recognition technology in embedded systems primarily for voice command control, it makes the work originally hand operation can be easily completed with a voice. Voice command control can be widely used in home appliances voice remote control toys intelligent instruments and mobile phones and other portable devices. Embedded speech recognition system compared to the PC, the speech recognition system, computing speed and storage capacity is limited, but it has some of the features of their own. Embedded speech recognition system with small size, high reliability, power consumption province, less investment, low price, portability, can support the mobile operating advantages. This is embedded speech recognition system compared to the biggest advantage of the speech recognition system with the PC. The advantage of embedded speech recognition system is a very wide field of application. Speech recognition can be divided into independent speech recognition and sub-independent speech recognition. Appliances voice control, the application range of all members of the family, and therefore should be non-independent speech recognition. Embedded systems-based computing speed, storage space is limited such characteristics. Performing speech recognition algorithm design, improvement of existing mature algorithm, making efficient and correct speech recognition on embedded systems. Thesis, completed the work of the following four aspects: (1) introduce the basic concepts and principles involved in the speech recognition system to include voice signal preprocessing, feature extraction, pattern matching. (2) language endpoint detection algorithm and the existing word processing, the narrow range of matching. LPC, LPCC, MFCC three feature extraction algorithm and dynamic time warping algorithm and simulation experiments. (3) the meritorious EASYARM2200 based on the week to achieve a small vocabulary isolated word speech recognition system, the algorithm of the system entirely in C language is a word to achieve. And design of the the voice collecting voltage bias circuit. (4) for the set of key parameters of the recognition system to a large number of experiments and statistical recognition rate, to discuss the impact of each of the key parameters of the system recognition rate.
