Abstract

The era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the the enterprise core production elements, knowledge management has become the inevitable choice of the corporate strategic management. Product innovation is the enterprise knowledge intensive business activities, continuous product innovation capability of enterprises to maintain a source of competitive advantage. However, the practice shows that the low success rate of knowledge management, enterprise product innovation project success rate is not high. The researchers found that the knowledge audit is a key aspect of knowledge management strategy implementation, but less knowledge activities and knowledge audit process. Knowledge audit research enterprise knowledge-intensive product innovation activities, provide guidance for the diagnosis of the condition of the knowledge base of the field of enterprise level product innovation, as well as project-level product innovation knowledge gap identification and remediation strategies and practical significance. This paper, the research includes the following four parts: first, comment on product innovation, knowledge management, the theoretical basis of the knowledge audit and literature, to clarify the relationship between the intrinsic link; clear knowledge audit is the importance of the implementation of knowledge management links; expand the knowledge audit concept, put forward the concept of product innovation-oriented knowledge audit; given the knowledge audit framework for product innovation. Second, analysis of product innovation phasing and business processes, summed up the theme of knowledge in product innovation; product innovation process perspective systems analysis knowledge elements in product innovation, including the form and level of knowledge in product innovation processes; product innovation the body of knowledge; product innovation in knowledge flows; knowledge of product innovation. Third, knowledge elements in the product innovation process as a framework to construct the emphasis of knowledge management, product innovation management, knowledge and technology, the environment, intellectual and cultural environment, external knowledge acquisition situation, internal knowledge into position and other six-level indicators and several secondary indicators for the structure-oriented enterprise level product innovation knowledge audit index system; explore audit to evaluate the right weight determination method, and gives an application instance. Fourth, the reference to the knowledge audit of the three-stage model, establish project level product innovation-oriented knowledge audit model; elaborate on the specific processes and content of each step of the audit model; the knowledge map theme-oriented project level product innovation and gives its conceptual model ; explicit / tacit knowledge and knowledge base two perspectives project level knowledge of product innovation gap and make up strategies.
