Abstract


With the rise of the global development of information technology and knowledge-based economy, knowledge management has gradually rose to the height of the strategic management knowledge has gone beyond the human, financial, material and other factors of production become the strategic resource. Knowledge absorptive capacity has become a major research focus of the field of knowledge management, knowledge absorptive capacity is an important part of knowledge management theory, on the other hand, knowledge absorptive capacity in enterprise knowledge management practices related to the business can not effectively use knowledge of itself and the outside world in order to maintain and develop long-term competitive advantage. However, as a new theory, the theoretical research is not mature enough, not up to standard business practices, the lack of theoretical guidance, therefore, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research and study. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the main factors of enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity, measured from the point of view of enterprise and innovation enterprise knowledge absorption in order to determine each factor and knowledge absorptive capacity and degree of influence. The thesis consists principally of the following: defined the concept of this enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity, through the study of the existing literature on past research summary evaluation summarized the main factors of knowledge absorptive capacity, and from the perspective of enterprise innovation build each factor enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity hypothetical model; through the results of interviews with experts on the study model to make further adjustments, and ultimately determine the specific measure of the theoretical model of the structure of each variable, in the country's 11 provinces and municipalities questionnaire, and then for each variable and the data collected using SPSS11.5 statistical analysis software for statistical analysis, to verify the support of the goodness of fit of the model and research hypotheses proposed to increase the absorption capacity of the enterprise knowledge recommendations Based on the results and future research were discussed. After the above research work, the main conclusions of the study are: the complementary nature of the employees' knowledge, the learning and training mechanisms, communication mechanisms, alliances, information technology, and its degree of utilization of knowledge absorptive capacity of enterprise, research and development put into factors have a major impact the type of organizational structure and corporate knowledge absorptive capacity is closely related to both showing a horizontal \The main innovation of this paper are the following: to measure the absorption capacity of the enterprise knowledge innovation performance, knowledge absorptive capacity of the reasonable quantitative business practices with a strong guiding significance; current academic enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity influencing factors of an integrated research and exploration, combined with business practices to enrich the research enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity influencing factors; using factor analysis, correlation analysis and other statistical analysis techniques to identify the impact of enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity The main factors and their impact, complements the existing research results of the qualitative analysis; enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity through empirical research to explore the main factors for enterprises to better improve their knowledge absorption capacity, in order to better using their own knowledge, access and use of external knowledge to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to provide a better theoretical guidance.
