Abstract


ABSTRACT:Supply chain management is under developing. The competition of market will be between supply chains in the future. With the broad awareness of the importance of supply chain management, performance evaluation theory as a part of it is becoming rich. However, the present research about performance evaluation focuses on the manufacture leading supply chain. There are few theoretical and practical research on the agricultural product supply chain, not to mention the super market leading one. Nowadays supply chain management is replacing the traditional management in super market gradually. With the increasing proportion and sort of agricultural product sold in super market, studying and analyzing the super market leading supply chain is very meaningful on theory and practice.This paper analyzes the present theories of supply chain performance evaluation, and then studies the agricultural product supply chain’s concept, feature and its performance evaluation’s feature; this paper analyzes the main agricultural product circulation pattern at home and abroad, and then proposes to build the super market leading agricultural product supply chain, with analyzing the reasons of selecting super market as the key enterprise and the meaning of this agricultural product circulation pattern. With the above theory, this paper raises a performance evaluation system aimed at super market leading supply chain based on the indexes of client, finance, logistics, product and information. Through analyzing various kinds of performance evaluation methods, this paper chooses the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate the supply chain performance. Finally this paper applies this evaluation system to a super market and one of its suppliers, and makes further probes to combine the theory and practice.
