Abstract


In this essay, I make an analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the vertical management mode and the traditional management mode of the safety management in Langfang Power Grid. Therefore, I introduce the concept of safe and vertical management, which is applied to the work of safety management in Langfang Power Grid. I do some research and innovation about the vertical management mode and make it appropriate for the safety management work in Langfang company, which strengthens the company’s functions of the safety guarantee system and the supervision system. In the essay, I make the statistical analysis on the information of accidents and barriers in Langfang Power Grid for the past 10 years and find the weak points in the safety section, so that I can develop a series of efficient and feasible measures to promote the supply security in the safe and vertical management mode and implement them solidly. Not only can the practice of the measures promote the employees’safety techniques and safety management level, but it can stabilize the firm’s situation and guarantee the reliable supply fo Langfang Power Grid.
