Abstract


The economic evaluation is an item to make policy scientific important means, being an engineering construction item to invest risk analytical basic basis. This text from open the basic principle of basic characteristic, economic evaluation elaborated engineering construction an investment item, the classification discussed the time type, value type in the index sign system, ratio type an evaluation index sign in detail also, constucting investment item finance to evaluate to the engineering medium of the mathematics model in the estimate, finance of the foundation data evaluation, evaluate the accrual ability of index sign, item and liquidated ability and sensitivity to carry on analysis. Analyzed the theories foundation of national economy evaluation, discussed performance expenses to identify, the calculation formula, national economy of the expenses performance evaluation model and evaluation index sign. The thesis makes use of the general theories in the economics among them, building up the calculation model of maneuverability and correspond calculation methods and steps. Considering its calculation method and parameter to choose to use the complexity, theories and the physically, as a result have better of practice instruction meaning.
