Abstract


E-commerce has the information flow, capital flow and logistics third-rate one of the industry characteristics , the logistics industry and its business means backwardness will hinder the rapid development of e-commerce . Therefore, this paper proposes a capable and efficient logistics system and payment system integration , COD acquiring business model to achieve delivery of the business model, and the model was constructed based on a COD business platform , which not only can improve the overall competitiveness of the logistics industry , but also help promote the development of e-commerce market , the more to the mainstream online payment gateway payment trading provides a new supplement. The main work includes : First, on the COD business processes and industry characteristics analyzed, the business needs of collaborating institutions for deep excavation , using UML modeling method form COD acquiring business model . Then, based on the business model of COD acquiring business platform application architecture design, network architecture design, security design, in which this paper, the design of each functional module for a more detailed description. Finally, the user's point of view , showing the COD acquiring business platform to achieve results. And for operators since deficiencies organize, business platform for the future direction of the prospect . COD acquiring business platform for investment has been put into operation for the entire e-commerce industry chain from top to bottom to provide a standard , unified trading financial clearing and settlement processes and services. Making the logistics company's delivery efficiency and service quality has been significantly improved , rich business types . Complements the e-commerce platform line payment channels to facilitate the consumers to pay . Expand the acquirer industry cooperation. Improve the profitability of each business partner . As your business grows , some mainstream e-commerce platform and logistics companies have gradually added to the business model .
