Abstract


With the development of information technology, huge amounts of main power and material resources were spent by Oriental International Logistics Group to develop the logistics systems including finance, warehouse, transportation and materials systems have already been established, these systems were developed in different time, with different platform and actually they were independent. When the enterprise grown up, many departments want to share all kind of data resources which are distributed in different geographical location, and different rights for searching are also needed. It is still a problem that how to visit the heterogeneous multi-database system, multi-rights data. As a core component of integrated searching platform, heterogeneous data integration framework for business system is used to achieve to set various types of services control, support to search multiple business systems and set data conversion. After information objects are configured completely, the object of the back-end database and customer-oriented programming interface will be generated by this platform. The development cycle is shortened, the system scalability is enhanced and the development risks are reduced.At first the current status and problem of the Orient International Logistics Group is discussed and the developing status of enterprise searching system is introduced so that make clear it’s necessary to develop heterogeneous database systems. The state of traditional development is that after developers collect the database right of different custom, the meaning of each parameter for each custom, query for every function and the display for customer-oriented interface, the develop work is started. The developer just need to set all the content collected then they can achieve multi-user, multi-database and multi-display distributed data query function easily by using the data integration framework for heterogeneous business system proposed. Then how the data objects are integrated and displayed by the reporting engine will be introduced. Finally, the interface display, data manipulation functions, and the configuration operations are elaborated.
