Abstract


\unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In order to meet this rare opportunities and challenges, and how to ensure the coordinated development of port and shipping industry and the coastal economic zone in Liaoning Province , Liaoning Province, relevant departments attach great importance should cause . Because the port and shipping industry and the coastal economic zone in Liaoning Province, the coordinated development of the overall economic take-off of Liaoning Province, will play a crucial role . Therefore, the coordinated development of the port and shipping industry and the coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province has far-reaching practical significance . The full text is divided into six parts . The first part of the introduction as paving the way for full-text account of the background and significance of the proposed , and the paper selected the reason for the model , but also describes the relevant research status at home and abroad . The second section describes the status of the port and shipping industry in Liaoning Province , the importance of the port and shipping industry to the national economy , and Liaoning Province, port and shipping industry development status evaluation . The third section describes the coastal economic belt at home and abroad to make an in-depth analysis and evaluation of the current situation and development prospects of the development of the coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province . The fourth part on the basis of theoretical knowledge of the DEA model , the basic idea of the model , features and theoretical framework is presented to the reader . On the basis of previous studies , combined with the specific circumstances and research purposes , from the set of the model to model variables , parameters are defined , and then the specific definition of the equation , the establishment of the coordination of the port and shipping industry and the coastal economic zone in Liaoning Province Determination of models and solutions .
