Abstract


China 's construction enterprises are labor-intensive industries , increasing with the increasing scale enterprises , the number of parallel operation of the project , resulting in a lot of project delays or even failure . The face of worldwide competition and the challenges associated with the development trend of project complexity , the traditional management model exposed more and more problems and drawbacks , there is an urgent need for a new management compatible with its own complex characteristics mode. Since the development of construction enterprises , its value can no longer rely on a single value-added enterprises . Papers placed in the value chain, value-added network economic environment thinking it break through the traditional construction enterprise value chain linear communication into the main line project to project participants a number of communication and comprehensive value - sharing mode . The mode to some extent overcome the defects of traditional architecture project value stream is the reshaping of the existing construction industry project management form to improve the value of the entire value chain of construction enterprises production the interactive efficiency and overall synergy play network of economic interaction between the participating subjects and its role in value creation . Thesis research work are as follows : ( 1 ) borrow the advanced ideas of the value chain in the market economy mode decomposition and integration of domestic and international value chain management , project management , project participants in the value chain of the parties link up , building the network economy under the value chain model and its value-added model . ( 2) under the constraints of the multiplier effect of the construction enterprise value chain , based on the new technical means and management methods , thesis project based on the value-added of the value chain collaborative management defined and proposed entry based on the large independent construction enterprises mouth coordinate day collaborative model for collaborative project management problems encountered in the value chain in the value-added process . ( 3) establish collaborative management of construction enterprise project evaluation index system , the use of multistage dynamic fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate the the empirical enterprise collaboration performance , collaborative performance measurement problems to solve the construction enterprises large independent mouth , and by measuring the results of the comparative analysis the lack of construction enterprises in project management .
