Abstract


Suzhou university undergraduate course personnel training pattern after 13 years of transition, in 2008 began to implement credit system completely, bold exploration of general education on the basis of wide caliber professional education, to adapt to the personalized needs of students. But as the first session of students entering the senior phase of learning, complete credit system in view of the current training mode under the complete credit system in fact is not the criticism is more and more strong. Given this according to the situation, must take decisive measures to the corresponding rectification. Under the complete credit system and the improvement of undergraduate talents cultivation model is a long-term process of gradually perfect. I found through consulting data, investigation, questionnaire and practice for the research of cultivating talents under the complete credit system is just beginning. This paper is to analysis under the complete credit system of college of suzhou university undergraduate course personnel training mode of the management status for the introduction, research and analysis of suzhou university personnel training mode under the complete credit system implementation situation, find out the unreasonable factors and put forward corresponding relatively reasonable measures and the corresponding countermeasures, hope this thesis can under the complete credit system in colleges and universities undergraduate course personnel training mode reform further deepening to provide certain reference.
