Abstract


As the most important outcome of the United Nations Commission on International Trade (hereinafter referred to as the \) since its entry into force , has become the most important one to adjust the field of international sale of goods between the Convention . With the international civil and commercial exchanges become more frequent , the world 's major trading nations have become parties to the Convention , and the rising number of States Parties , the Convention has a very wide range of representation and ultra-high authority . The main scope of application of the Convention to address the problem of who will apply the Convention , it is the premise and basis of the correct application of the Convention , has an important significance . \These two perspectives, research divided into three parts : one for the Convention tenth of History ; Convention, the main scope of the specific research for the Convention ; the application of the evaluation of the relevant provisions of the Convention \The first part details the legislative history and evolution of the relevant provisions of the Convention , in order to understand the spirit and purpose of the legislation from the source ; The second part of the essence of the subject of the article , a detailed analysis of the Convention, the first of three articles \\the initiative of commercial transactions .
