Abstract


Traffic Accident cases in recent years, frequent , affects the stability of our society as a potential factor danger to society is huge. However, because our laws and judicial interpretations on the behavior of Traffic Casualties relevant provisions , there are many imperfections, scholars regard a lot of controversy , judicial practice right after the traffic accident escape the conviction and sentencing of the perpetrator and therefore there are certain difficulties . For this situation , this article from our country and abroad about the escape behavior after traffic accident legislation before the start, after the traffic accident escape behavior of the constituent elements , the Traffic Accident Causing Death Elements for a new look .
