Abstract


After the founding of the PRC , Mao Zedong attached great importance to the county government and county government has a deep knowledge and specific initiatives . Since the reform and opening up , China's rural social and economic access to the larger development, but at the same time the county government level has shown a variety of ills is also of concern , the county government reform is very necessary. I believe that , through the study of political ideology of Mao Zedong County , you can get some useful inspiration the moment County Government Reform . This thesis is based on defined the concept of the county government and its connotation , finishing of numerous books , including \the content and meaning of the county government thought to sort out and analyze the root causes of plus current domestic county government ills , understanding and thinking of Mao County Government revelation , combined to improve the relationship between the central and local orientation of the moment the reform of county government gives some suggestions for reference : (1) to solve the source of authority of the county government , to establish the degree of responsibility of government at the county level . (2) judicial reform, build county government judicial system of checks and balances . (3) economic and financial reforms , further decentralized to the county government and units .
