Abstract


In this paper, the thesis, taking the crisis of the modern society and the basic issues at times as its background, question the communist ideology of Marxism, and make a refection on it from the ultimate meaning of the value of Marx’s communist ideology. The Crisis includes ecological crisis, the exploiting and isolated relationship between the human beings and the loss of their self-awareness, etc. The Philosophical explanations of problems in the modern society are made by using of nihilism and the technical means. People’s ultimate value began to be deconstructed and their spiritual home is collapsing. As the spiritual essence of the times, Marxist philosophy take the responsibility to provide us with a spiritual home and the ultimate value; and communist ideology, the core of Marxist philosophy, will provide us with the great mission of combining idealism and science in the future.The thesis expresses the communist ideology, namely, the ultimate value, from the perspective of its theoretical base and texts, and its basic features are classified and summarized. The ultimate value of the mankind include freedom, all-round development, the harmonious development between man and nature, man and man, man and society, etc. Marxist communist ideology originated from the utopian thinking, especially the modern utopian society, the absolute spirit of Hegel, Feuerbach’s humanistic ideology. Communist ideology, as a realistic movement of discarding the all-round alienation and eliminating private ownership, as a a materialist thinking of understanding and creating history, as the principles and direction of the embodiment of freedom and the all-round development of people, always reflects the people relentless pursuit of the ultimate value. Marx’s communist ideology, as the ultimate value of the mankind, has such basic features as the unification between the presence and absence, self-discipline and others-discipline, science and idealism, essence and existence, freedom and certainty, etc.The impacts of Marx’s Communist ideology on the modern society are still far-reaching. We can take this to reflect on our own developing direction, and we believe in Maxism. Marx’s communist ideology also provides a basic developing pattern and direction for national construction. The construction should be people-oriented and take the free and all-round development of the human beings as its ultimate goal and direction.
