Abstract


Automated management systems are widely used in various fields of the national economy , can effectively improve work efficiency , and coordination of production processes , resources and manpower allocation . The existing wheel axle overhaul line processes parts store clutter , the workers high duplication of work , work efficiency is relatively low . This topic is by doing some simple transformation of the existing wheel axle overhaul line management conditions to improve the the automated management level of the wheel axle overhaul line , and cost savings . Find information and research group argument , this paper presents the automated management system based on ZigBee wireless network wheel axle overhaul line . This paper introduces the domestic and foreign wheel axle overhaul line of the status quo , and the analysis of the existence of the problem of emergence conditional wheel axle overhaul line . The system starting from a low-cost , high- efficiency design ideas , automation management system based on ZigBee wireless network wheel axle overhaul line . In the design of the system , the PC part uses the Microsoft SQL Server database , and database access programs written in Visual Basic 6.0 ; the lower machine parts according to the needs of the system , the development of the industrial long-distance wireless front-end based on the CC2430 chip and CC2591 ZigBee wireless module , handheld data transceiver and goal pursuit sensors and other hardware devices , and the development of its supporting software programs . Then , according to the tasks undertaken by each ZigBee node ( coordinator , terminal equipment ) in the wireless network , the design and development of software systems based on ZigBee2006 protocol stack (Z-STACK-CC2430) , ZigBee wireless networking , wireless data transceiver function , and to check the reliability of ZigBee wireless network through the wireless location algorithm trilateration . Finally , the design of this project several major functional modules for testing and experimentation , through a series of tests and experiments testing the feasibility and reliability of the system .
