In recent years, the rapid development of China's mobile communications market , after the reform and reorganization , the field of telecommunications has broken the monopoly situation , Hunan Unicom is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges , mainly in Hunan, China Unicom, Hunan Mobile with two aspects . Hunan Mobile company through a strong first-mover advantage firmly occupy a favorable position in the market , Hunan Unicom WCDMA technology in its own advantages and characteristics occupy a certain market share. This paper first introduces the basic situation of Hunan Unicom , after using PEST analysis methods , from the external macro-environment , analyzes Hunan Unicom in which the political, economic, socio-cultural and technological environment and analyzes Hunan Unicom exist within the human resources situation , financial situation, resources and capacity situation ; also used the SWOT strategic analysis , in-depth analysis of Hunan Unicom's strengths, weaknesses , opportunities and threats . On this basis , proposes Hunan Unicom in the near future to achieve the overall strategic objectives . In order to achieve the strategic objectives , we design a marketing strategy and implementation plan. Including in upgrading technology and services, rich marketing strategy , brand building full with domestic manufacturers strategic alliance , and strive amount of tilt government policies , as well as Hunan Unicom create a favorable market environment for development . This study not only of Hunan Unicom , but also on other domestic communications business strategy research has practical significance of the cross-industry business strategy research also has certain reference .
