Abstract


With computer technology and medical technology cross , the overwhelming popularity of the hospital information system ( Hospital Information System HIS ) . Western developed countries HIS system has been popularized and a good social and economic benefits . HIS penetration in our country is still very low , in order to develop the socialist economy , catch up with the developed international and domestic professionals are constantly developing system and achieved certain results . Patient management system is an important part of HIS . This system is tailor-made system according to the actual situation of Qiqihar homes , the use of C / S structure mode , the use of Microsoft Access 2003 and the Visual Basic6.0 development of the system , it has a valuation fees module , registered charges modules , information initialization module, query statistics, system module several major functional blocks. Test to prove that the system not only for hospital provides high efficiency, improve the viability , strengthen management, and an important guarantee for increased efficiency , but also for the majority of patients the convenience .
