Abstract


With the accelerated pace of educational information , multimedia and network technology as the core of modern information technology has been widely used in the field of education . Network to learn to become the most important part of the lifelong learning system , however , we found that learners performing network learning , learning enthusiasm is not high , lack of motivation . Author of incentives in the network learning resource design was inspired by the success of the online game . Network learning resources into the appropriate incentives triggered learners' interest and motivation to improve learning efficiency is important . In this paper, the method of literature review , survey , interview and experimental research as the main research method . Firstly, ask questions , and introduce the research background , significance , research content and methods , and the definition of the concept ; then research and experimental studies carried out on the the incentives application status in the network to learn the status quo and the design of learning resources . Through questionnaires , data collection , analysis of data , and summarizes the application status of the network to learn the status quo and incentives . Experimental study to verify the network learning resources into the incentives really have to improve the role of the network learning efficiency ; In the third chapter , the author , based on the conclusions of the investigation and experimental study , combined with the incentive theory , analysis of network learning incentive psychological elements with the principle of psychological processes , incentive model , and analysis and incentive -related resource design elements ; Chapter , Chapter network learning incentive model to explore the resources of the model - based design strategy ; at the end of the article , summarized , and reflect on the inadequacies exist in the present study . Throughout the course of the study , is inseparable from the essence of the wisdom of the masters , at the same time , also hope that this paper can provide a reference for subsequent further research .
