Abstract


The road greening can not only beautify the road capacity , cleaning up the environment , but also for highway greening evaluation is extremely important to protect one of the important conditions for traffic safety . At this stage , for the evaluation of highway greening merely in handmade paper stage , completely rely on manual operation , not only inefficient calculation cumbersome , time consuming , and data retention time is short , the accuracy is not high , as the lack of future highway greening timely significance . How to take advantage of the latest and state-of-the-art information technology ( such as mobile GIS ) Highway Greening of the evaluation , to make more scientific and effective evaluation of highway greening , more instructive , there are many issues worth exploring . Based on the the mobile GIS hardware and software development as well as the evaluation of the current situation of highway greening drawback for this stage Highway Greening evaluation , the use of the convenient features of the mobile phone , the design and use of the Windows Mobile platform - based hypergraph the Highway Greening of eSuperMap combined evaluation system , analyzes the analytic hierarchy process and its advantages . The system is divided into two parts, the server and the mobile client to take into account the lower end of the phone configuration , in order to reduce the burden on the end of the phone , the system of all methods of calculating weights , as well as indicators to determine the functions on the server side , the mobile client only Map operation with the collected data . Functions including the maintenance of the server-side system personnel , maintenance of roads and their sample sections constructed based on analytic hierarchy level analysis of the structural model and according to the experts to construct comparison matrix to determine the corresponding index weights of all levels , the design of the system needs to calculate the various methods ; mainly in the mobile terminal using mobile GIS road section of the fixed-point and gathering data between servers and mobile phones to communicate with each other through XML file and upload the results to the end of the phone display . Smartphone terminal , quick and easy to collect data , with strong operability , which greatly enhance the user 's ability to interact with and actual operating efficiency , for the the highway greening evaluation now opened up a new direction of development .
