Abstract


With economic development, monopoly chain operation has been playing an important role in Chinese retail business. There is an essential difference in meaning between supermarket, C-store and other sales ways. However, there’s plenty of room to improve in financial analysis and Risk Management System for monopoly chain operation, so it has been an important research topic for Chinese retail business to set up effective financial analysis and Risk Management System to control produces’quality of monopoly chain operation.According to the websites and magazines, it is shows that monopoly chain operation research focuses on operational strategy and marketing management, lacking of research on financial analysis and Risk Management System. Frankly speaking, this research is still in its beginning stages. Many cases of monopoly chain operation need further research and explore, such as. flow-of-funds analysis & Risk Management; stock analysis & Risk Management; foundation of rational monopoly chain operation financial analysis& Risk Management system, and so on.The study uses financial analysis & internal control theory to research, through the analysis of both primary data and secondary data. The research focuses on analyzing possible risk in monopoly chain operation including the circles of fund, stock, sales. purchase, investment and profit. Then the study discusses what countermeasures to take to avoiding possible risk, and further explores the theory and method about monopoly chain operation financial analysis& Risk Management system:1、Developing monopoly chain operation financial analysis systemEnterprise of monopoly chain operation should set up their unique financial analysis system according to character of monopoly chain operation.
