Abstract


The national audit for innate immunity, but the innate immune system get a general economic risks can only be prevented. With the continuous development of the social economy, various economic risks are emerging, national audit of innate immunity has been unable to resist these risks, this time on the urgent need to explore new audit, in order to enhance national audit of Acquired Immune to make the National Audit truly assume the \\At this time, the National Audit prevention, revealing and resist function, and the prevention of various types of risk in the economy and society run by the National Audit reveals mechanisms and institutional weaknesses in the economic and social system to withstand all kinds of corruption and harm the national interests of economic activity. Audit approach, the theoretical framework of the immune system, the concept of audit tracking and practiced this idea in Wenchuan earthquake disaster recovery funds for reconstruction audit. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the study, from the National Audit \Research of systems \connotation; subsequently introduced the \problems and countermeasures. In this paper, the theoretical analysis and case study method of combining the use of the Chinese Communist Party people theory, to build a levee of the anti-corruption institution building theory, system theory, cybernetics, information theory and Immunology theory, theoretical research - practice Summary - theoretical research study mode to explore the features, functions and mode of immune system-based theory of post-disaster recovery and reconstruction funds tracking audit to test the theory, and disaster recovery and reconstruction funds tracking audit practice by the Audit Commission in Chengdu Tepai Ban practice gap, this research ideas to further improve disaster recovery and reconstruction funds tracking audit \The innovation of this paper is that the combination of theory and practice, by the immune system theory to practice, to test the applicability of the theory, and analyzed according to its effect in practice, its shortcomings, and further improve the immune system \
