Abstract


In the bank credit market , SMEs are the main target of credit rationing . Resulting financing of SMEs has been a serious impact on the balanced development of China's economy . In this regard , although the government has taken various measures to try to solve the problem under the current system , but the effect is not always ideal . This paper attempts Therefore, from the point of view of the structure of the banking sector to the credit rationing phenomenon analysis, and put forward policy recommendations . The paper first describes the specific circumstances of the structure of the banking sector and credit rationing , and analysis of the constraints of the development of China 's small and medium banks . Then from equilibrium credit rationing and non-equilibrium credit rationing two aspects in theory analysis of the structure of the banking sector credit rationing mechanism . Then create a simple OLS regression model to further analysis and verification of the structure of the banking sector credit rationing . Finally, the theoretical part and the empirical part of the analysis , draw conclusions and policy recommendations of this article . The paper concludes that : China is not only the existence of equilibrium credit rationing associated with the structure of competition in the banking sector , there are also related to the ownership structure of the banking industry , non-equilibrium credit rationing ; the Banking structure of credit rationing is significant - Banking the higher the degree of concentration , the credit rationing phenomenon more serious . The policy recommendations of this article : the to relax banking policy limit , to encourage the development of local private small and medium-sized banks ; gradually expand the floating range of deposit and lending rates , and ultimately the deposit and lending rates of the market-oriented ; reasonable guide to the existing norms of civil financial development.
