Abstract


Financing has been a bottleneck restricting the development of SMEs . The late 1990s , Shenzhen Development Bank in cooperation with the storage and transportation , logistics and financial services in the country for the first time to carry out . This business through the use of the goods account for most of the funds to carry out the pledge financing , so that not only can effectively control bank loan default loss , but also opened up a new channel for SME financing . However , logistics and finance itself has a certain degree of risk , logistics and financial risk assessment and control theory is not mature , especially the lack of quantitative research . At the same time , the goods pledged as the core of logistics finance , of pledge financing of goods related to risk assessment and control theory for further quantitative studies of larger significance . Firstly, through the study of the evolution of the concept of logistics financial generation mechanism and the basic business model , derived goods pledged business logistics financial core , and then describes the the cargo pledge financing concept , characteristics and business control mode . The link in the risk assessment , based on the absorption of existing research , from the cargo pledge business as a whole to consider building a more comprehensive risk evaluation index system , and the introduction of improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process were calculated index weights , combined with multi-level gray evaluation method to build the gray comprehensive evaluation method , derived a risk measure , and empirical research . Risk control procedures , risk prevention measures from the banks , logistics enterprises angle , and application of the model on risk assessment , risk metrics pledge rate risk based on the market price of goods been improved to reflect the pledge market price risk and goods as security for loans business risk calculation model .
