Abstract


In the case of continuously push forward the process of urbanization in China , the housing problems of low-income urban populations become increasingly prominent, especially the disparities that exist in the housing consumption has not consistent with the requirements of a harmonious society in China . Although China 's low-rent housing system has been implemented for many years, to some extent alleviate the housing problems of low-income people , but still a lot of problems , the housing problems of low-income people not been fundamentally resolved . At present , government departments and many scholars the problems in the low-rent housing system a lot of research and a more viable option , but a general view , these studies are fragmented , not systematic . In this paper, the use of institutional economics theory, the optimal design of the system innovation of low-rent housing system . The main content of this paper is as follows . Chapter 1 Introduction section presents the research background and significance of the low-rent housing system in China , summed up the low-income people housing security at home and abroad on the basis of this theory , research methods , content and innovation . Chapter 2 presents an overview of China 's low-rent housing system , and pointed out the existing problems in the low-rent housing system in China . Chapter 3 describes the mode of foreign countries and China's Hong Kong housing security system , summed up the basic experience and low-rent housing system in China can learn from it . Chapter 4 from the perspective of institutional economics , human development theory , under the guidance of China 's low-rent housing system for innovative recommendations .
