Abstract


Few comments \1998-2001 , venture capital institutions accumulated from 53 to 246 , the management of the risk of a total investment of 5.1 billion yuan accumulated to 40.5 billion yuan . In 2002 , the pace of development of world economy slowed , the international venture capital at low tide , the cause of China 's venture capital also will be a period of adjustment . China 's venture capital industry has entered a new stage in 2006 . According to relevant statistics , in 2006, 2007, for three years , China 's total venture capital to 144,398,339 million , the number of investment projects reached 371,741,506 , to achieve breakthrough growth . The 2008 outbreak of the financial tsunami that venture capital tends to be cautious . October 30, 2009 , the GEM market decades sword , contrarian rise in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange . While 23 of the 28 companies in the first batch of GEM collective listing to obtain the support of venture capital institutions . Two decades of ups and downs in China 's venture capital industry has undergone a qualitative leap in the twists and turns . Risk investment in China , the domestic and foreign scholars quite good , but most of the main qualitative research , quantitative research is less , especially for risk return on investment and its influencing factors to the lack of systematic theoretical and empirical research . This paper the use of normative analysis and empirical analysis combining qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of static analysis and dynamic analysis method of combining risk return on investment in China and its influencing factors , the first example to study the to domestic GEM Listing venture firms make up for the lack of domestic and foreign scholars in this regard .
